Refund and Replacement Policy
We agree to refund or replace a product within 7 calendar days since your purchasing date. Please contact directly with the authorized dealer, AreoX commercial networks or Sales Website to refund or replace.
(1) You can request to replace a product you purchased from us:
A. The damage caused by the transportation since you receive the product from the deliever.
B. The goods are not the same as your booking.
C. Not available or bad quality when open box
(2) A refund will be provided where:
A. Within 7 calendar days of delivery if the product has manufacturing defect before using.
B. The replace product still has manufacturing defect before using.
C. You can select to refund if you do not receive the product in the permitted received day(7 calendar days of purchase).
(3) A replacement will not be provided within 15 calendar days of the purchase where:
a. Goods are damaged, but there is no requirement on the spot when receiving delivery personnel to return or exchange
b. Beyond the return period.( 7 days since your purchasing day)
c. Product sent in for replacement does not include all original accessories, attachments and packaging, or contains items damaged by user error.
d. Cannot provide legal purchase certificates or documents, or to forge, alter documents
e.Product is found to have no manufacturing defects after appropriate tests are conducted by Areox Technical Support.
f. Any product fault or damage has been caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.), or improper installation or operation.
g. Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, false proof marks etc. show signs of tampering or alteration.
h. Damage was caused to the product by external factors out of our control, including fire, flood, high winds and lightning strike.
